VISION & MISSION
We inspire people to balance sustainability, barefoot luxury, and mindfulness so that together, we can create a community with a common goal of leaving behind a better world for our children’s children.
We focus on a meaningful upgrade of conventional tourism as we know it today. With minimalist but thoughtful gestures, we raise the level of hospitality to the barefoot luxury, in our standard, the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
STORY & BRAND
OI Concept Villages were born out of a deep desire to create lasting change by developing exclusive, sustainable dwellings in exquisite locations close to nature to create consciously-minded communities.
Our company name comes from the Greek word oikos, meaning the household, the family and the house itself.
For this reason, we are committed to attracting like-minded people who wish to create meaningful relationships and belong to something bigger.
SUSTAINABILITY
SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
Wooden, minimalist, biophilic.
SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION
Supply chain considerations, material selection, and sourcing.
SUSTAINABLE LIVING
Values-oriented lifestyle, less is more.
SUSTAINABLE TOURISM
Experience-oriented, connecting to land and nature, self and others.
ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR DESIGN
White. Beautiful. Timeless. Natural preservation.
ARCHITECTURE. For the facade of OI Concept Homes, we chose “yakisugi,” an ancient but timeless Japanese woodworking technique. This is an entirely natural way of wood preservation used for centuries.
BIOPHILIA. The OI Concept’s sophisticated concept encompasses creating balance with four natural elements: wood, concrete, metal, and glass.
MINIMALISM. Instead of having a vast floor space, we offer a functional reduction of living space with maximum effectiveness.
